Davie Street

The site was, until recently, anchored by a 32,000 square foot Safeway grocery store, as well as a number of additional tenants. Crombie and Vancouver-based development partner Westbank Corp. will replace the existing retail asset with a new mixed use development scheduled which began construction mid-September 2017.

The development will include a new, larger, approximately 44,000 square foot grocery store with almost 9,000 square feet of ancillary retail space. It will feature 2 rental residential towers totalling 253,000 square feet.
