Cheryl Fraser is Crombie's Chief Talent Officer and Vice President, Communications. Prior to joining Crombie in 2012, Cheryl held senior executive roles in the federal public service at Canada Revenue Agency, Correctional Service of Canada, Treasury Board Secretariat, and Fisheries and Oceans. Cheryl serves as a Board Director for Concentra Bank (Wyth Financial), the Mental Health Commission of Canada, and Board of Governors for Dalhousie University. She also chairs the Board of the Atlantic Provinces Economic Council. Cheryl is a graduate of ICD-Rotman, Directors Education Program, and holds a Masters of Environmental Studies and a Bachelor of Science from Dalhousie University. To celebrate her exceptional career accomplishments, she received the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2012 and was named one of the Globe & Mail's Report on Business Top 100 Executives in 2021.

Trevor LeeExecutive Vice President, Development & Construction
As Executive Vice President, Development and Construction, Trevor Lee leads Crombie's development and construction teams, and oversees all major development projects in Crombie's portfolio. Prior to this role, Trevor was the Senior Vice President, Western Canada. Before joining Crombie, Trevor held numerous senior real estate positions in management, operations and development including: Director of Real Estate for Safeway Canada; Director of Property Management at CREIT; Vice President of Operations at Opus Building Canada; and Vice President of Shopping Centres at Martello Property Services. Trevor earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of British Columbia in 1992 and a Diploma in Urban Land Economics in 1998.
Arie BittonExecutive Vice President, Leasing & Operations
As Executive Vice President, Leasing and Operations, Arie Bitton is responsible for leading the company's leasing and operations teams and overseeing all properties in Crombie's portfolio. Arie has an extensive background in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Crombie, he held progressively senior roles at Shoppers Drug Mart/Loblaw Companies Ltd., most recently as that company's Vice President of Real Estate. Earlier in his career, Arie worked with RioCan in an operations role. His experience on both the landlord and tenant side of the commercial real estate industry serve him well in his role at Crombie. Arie is a graduate of York University, Honours in Business & Society.

As Vice President, People & Culture, Ashley Harrison is responsible for providing leadership and counsel to translate our business strategy and priorities into leading-edge people and culture priorities, objectives, and programs. Before joining Crombie in 2015, Ashley worked at a Halifax-based recruitment and HR consulting firm, where she collaborated with several organizations across Atlantic Canada to support their leadership and HR needs and implement proven talent strategies. Ashley holds a Masters of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (MSc), BA (Honours), and Certificate in Human Resource Management from Saint Mary’s University, and is a Certified Workplace Investigator. Ashley sits on the Board of the Aberdeen Health Foundation.
Daniel BourqueVice President, Sustainability
As Vice President, Sustainability, Dan Bourque will lead and work to address Crombie’s actions for Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) responsibility, with priority focus on the Environment, while ensuring alignment between ESG programming and strategy. Dan has over 18 years of commercial real estate management experience, bringing a strategic, collaborative and adaptable approach to this role. He is currently serving as BOMA Nova Scotia's Past President, and as a Director on BOMA Canada's Board of Directors.
Nathan HinesVice President, Operations & Portfolio Management
Nathan Hines leads our Operations and Portfolio Management teams across Canada in maintaining our commitment to both portfolio excellence and team engagement. Prior to this role, Nathan served as Director, Portfolio Management, where he assisted in leading the Crombie Values Small Business (CVSB) program, which provided rental support to tenants throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Before joining Crombie in 2015, Nathan worked with the Halifax Regional Municipality where he gained valuable expertise in real estate, property valuation, tax assessment, and development. Nathan has a Bachelor of Commerce from Saint Mary's University and post-graduate studies in Real Estate from the University of British Columbia. His commitment to continuous learning and development consists of a Post Graduate Property Valuation Certificate, Certificate in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution, and a Diploma of Urban Land Economics. As a current member of the Canada Property Tax Association (CPTA), Nathan stays informed on legislative changes, pending tax law cases, and market changes that impact realty taxes.
