Since 2015, we've reduced annual energy and water consumption at Scotia Square, reflecting our ongoing commitment to operational efficiency and environmental performance. Located in the heart of downtown Halifax, Scotia Square is well connected to pedestrian and transit networks, helping promote lower-carbon transportation. More than 500,000 pounds of cardboard and paper are recycled every year, and the Halifax Cycling coalition has named us Halifax's Most Cycling-Friendly Landlord. Scotia Square is proudly BOMA BEST Certified Platinum – the only office properties with this certification in Nova Scotia.
