The Calgary Voilà CFC is the third Empire grocery e-commerce fulfillment hub in Canada powered by Ocado plc's industry-leading technology. Crombie closed the transaction of the 25 acre site in June 2021. Base building work is nearing completion and tenant handover occurred in late September 2022. Retail-related industrial GLA of this project will total approximately 300,000 square feet.
