Meet Our People

As a registered interior designer and Crombie’s Manager of Design for Eastern Canada, Michelle’s job is to help Crombie’s clients visualize the opportunities and possibilities of their space. Michelle gets to flex her creative muscles on a daily basis, as her job involves drawing up plans for interior and exterior design concepts for new developments and renovations, and providing 3D renderings and animations of Crombie properties for both internal stakeholders and tenants.
When Michelle’s not using the newest technology to bring spaces to life for clients, she’s a competitive endurance athlete, having run 13 marathons, completed 3 Ironman Triathlons, and represented Canada at the 2013 World Long Course Triathlon Championships.

Tracy is Coordinator of Corporate Realty Tax, where she works closely with a growing team in a department that is far more fun than the title suggests. Passionate and dedicated to her team, Tracy is constantly looking to learn new skills – right now she’s a part-time Business Administration student at NSCC – something that makes her a great fit for Crombie.
Outside of work, Tracy spends her time hunting for sea glass, sand dollars, and ghosts (she’s a member of Paranormal Investigations Nova Scotia).

As Crombie’s Environmental Manager, Adam is responsible for environmental issues for properties across Canada, including contaminated sites management, hazardous building materials management, and reporting on company-wide environmental sustainability initiatives. His work to protect the health and safety of everyone who visits a Crombie property is a key part of Crombie’s responsible corporate citizenship.
Adam chose to work at Crombie because of the company’s culture of giving back, and the opportunity to work on a national scale. When he’s not leading corporate ‘green’ initiatives, Adam can be found sitting on the council of the Nova Scotia Institute of Agrologists or kicking back on the beach with his family.
