On January 31st Crombie employees across the country participated in Bell Let’s Talk Day. We shared posts on what mental health means to us, and created boards about what we learned about mental health during the day. Some of the activities are captured in this photo. Through in-house fundraising, we raised $540 for the Canadian Mental Health Association.
Crombie supports and encourages participation in events like Bell Let’s Talk Day because we believe in a holistic approach to total employee well-being that extends into areas including psychological and spiritual well-being, as well as career and work. We know that it’s important to actively break down barriers and have open and honest conversations about mental wellness and how it impacts each of us, either directly or indirectly through our loved ones.
