- PetValu joined our list of Top 20 tenants
- We commemorated our strong relationship with Mezza Lebanese Kitchen (six locations opened to date, with two under construction)
- Tartan Blade Barbershop celebrated 50 years of business in the Aberdeen Centre and the Highland Square Mall in New Glasgow
- Our Development and Construction team completed 10 developments with our strategic partner, Empire, or at Empire-anchored sites
Development Pipeline
- Bronte Village in Oakville, Ontario achieved substantial completion
- Le Duke, located in downtown Montreal, Quebec, approaches full occupancy
- Construction continued at CFC 3 in Calgary, Alberta

- Five teammates were inducted into the Quarter Century Club, recognizing 25 years of service with Crombie

- Our second-ever Sustainability Report was released
- Avalon Mall in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, attained BOMA BEST Gold certification and won BOMA Canada’s 2022 TOBY Award in the Retail category
- The Crom-bees joined the rooftops of Scotia Square (Halifax) and Bronte Village (Oakville)
Leadership Excellence
- Don Clow, President & CEO, was named one of Canada’s Most Admired CEOs
- Seven Crombie employees obtained professional designations this year, and many other completed additional training
