Avalon Mall is Newfoundland and Labrador’s largest regional shopping centre comprised of both enclosed and outparcel shopping.

The centre is currently 593,000 square feet of GLA, increasing by 20,000 sq. ft. upon this Fall’s completion of a multi-million dollar expansion, renovation, and redevelopment. Sales per square foot are currently $700.

Anchored by Winners/Homesense, a 12-screen Cineplex theatre, and the first Rec Room in Atlantic

 

Canada, Avalon Mall welcomed H&M, Old Navy, Banana Republic, The Gap, Sport Chek, Tommy Hilfiger, and many other tenants and partners in 2020/21. With 150 stores and services, over 50% of tenants are exclusive to Avalon Mall within the province.
